Service Description

The LDAP Directory Service provides a centralized repository of authoritative user (or identity) data that can be leveraged by other services and applications. For example, the CAS and Shibboleth Web Sign-on Service both rely on the LDAP Directory Service to authenticate and authorize user access to services.

This is a 24x7 service. The standard maintenance window is Tuesday, 5am to 7am.
