- Creating a new queue
- Configure a queue
- Trouble shooting a queue
How to Create a Ticket
To request support click Create a Ticket (top right of the page) and provide the following information:
- Short title describing the request
- Detailed description of the request
Note: If you are requesting a new queue, download the attached "New RT queue form.docx", complete the form and attached the document to the request.
Availability and Access
You can expect a response to your request within 6 business hours.
RT is a browser-based service.
Click Request Tracker login page to access RT.
Anyone can create tickets in RT.
