RT Work Ticket Service

Service Description

Request Tracker, or RT, is an issue tracking system used for help desk ticketing. It tracks questions and problems submitted by customers and responses sent by staff, which allows multiple employees to interact with the same customer on one issue.

RT is a browser-based service.

Click on the Request Help button for assistance with configuring or troubleshooting an existing RT queue.

Available To

Current UO affiliation is required to log in and respond to tickets.

Anyone can create tickets in RT.
