Service Description

Purchasing University-owned standardized technology hardware, devices, software, services and peripherals to support the division of Student Life in a secure, efficient, sustainable manner.

Click on the Request Help button for assistance with:

  • Purchasing information request (I need help buying a desktop solution, I need help buying a printer, I need help to solve problem X…)
  • Getting a quote (I need to know how much a new desktop costs, I need a quote on a new B&W printer, etc)
  • Placing a purchase (I’m ready to buy a new desktop, I’m ready to buy a new Surface Pro, etc)

Faculty, staff and student workers supported by SAIT (Student Life, Undergraduate Studies, etc)


A departmental index to charge to.

Purchasing approval within your department, supervisor’s written approval in some cases. PO’s may be required, such as for the ASUO.

Please use the service portal purchasing form and do not email purchasing requests directly to SAIT.
