SAIT (Division of Student Life IT) personnel use this service to request that employee access is removed when an employee is terminated.
Note: For confidential or sensitive situations regarding the termination of employment, please call us directly at 541-346-1130 and request to speak with a supervisor.
How to Create a Ticket
To request support click Create a Ticket (top right of the page) and provide the following information:
- DuckID of employee
- Access removal date
- Special instructions or questions

For the security of your departmental systems and resources managed by SAIT it is critical to make sure that employee access is removed promptly when the employment ends. For business continuity it is important that we capture and archive their working documents and files.
