The AT&T conference bridge service is no longer available. The State of Oregon is not renewing its contract for this service.
We recommend that UO departments switch to Microsoft Teams.
Call-in option in Teams meetings
A call-in option has been added to Teams meetings scheduled by UO faculty and staff. A conference phone number and ID number automatically appear in any new Teams meeting invitations you create, giving attendees the option of calling in by telephone.

Conference speaker phones:
Telecommunications can provide conference speaker phones for on-site departmental conference calls. These phones provide better voice conferencing than a typical desktop speakerphone, especially when the room is large.
To borrow a speaker phone:
Telecom has four speaker phones available to borrow at no charge to UO faculty and staff. We have three analog speaker phones and one ip speaker phone.
To request a loaner speaker phone select "Borrow a speaker phone". In the description field enter the desired model and the start and end dates. When the reservation is confirmed the speaker phone will be at the Rainier building for pickup. NOTE: an active jack configured for voice is required.
