Service Description

Exchange provides email, calendaring, contact information management, task management, and directory services.

Click on the Request Help button for assistance getting setup on Exchange, help configuring your Outlook or other email programs to work with your Exchange account, etc.

Employment by the university

For Exchange administration accounts, approval and training is required. Visit the Exchange Admin Request knowledge base article for the access form.

Accessing the Service

For users who already have Exchange access, go to or configure your email program with your UO email address and password.

For users who want Exchange access, click on Request Help button.
