UO Service Portal site help

Service Description

The UO Service Portal is where students, faculty, and staff are able to contact IT staff for technology support, learn about IT services offered on campus, and find step-by-step instructions for do-it-yourself solutions to technology problems.

You should use the Service Portal if you need assistance or technology help from one of the following departments:

  •     College of Design (Formerly AAA)
  •     Division of Student Life
  •     School of Journalism and Communication
  •     Information Services

Click on the Request Help button to request more information about the UO Service Portal, provide feedback, or to request help with the following types of requests:

  • General "how-to" questions
  • Updating groups membership
  • Creating or updating a new form
  • Creating or updating a response template 
  • Creating or updating custom form attributes
  • Ticket routing
  • Creating or updating service level agreements
  • API accounts and API assistance
  • Reporting
  • General feedback about the Service Portal
  • Other questions or concerns

Prior to granting technician access, all IT staff must sign the Code of Conduct form and complete training.
