How to Request Help:

For common support requests through the UO Service Portal, please browse the following links. Click the Request Help button on the right to submit a ticket.

Note: The SOJC IT TechDesk is not able to provide extensive support for personal (non-SOJC-owned) computers or software. Our staff and student employees are happy to troubleshoot problems with a program, but we cannot accommodate tutorial requests. We can diagnose and potentially fix problems with external hard drives not reading correctly, though SOJC IT is not equipped to perform data recovery for damaged hard drives.
