University faculty, staff, and students use this service to request Information support from the Prevention Science Institute (PSI) Information Technology (IT) support staff.
How to Create a Ticket
To request support click Request Support (top right of the page) and provide:
- Title (short description of the request)
- Detailed Description of the request
- Attachments (optional)
Availability and Access
You can expect a response to your request within 48 business hours. Any open ticket will receive an update every 7 days from the last update until resolved.
