UO organizations use this service to request onboarding into the TeamDynamix Service Portal, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Base.
How to Request Entry
To request support, click Request Onboarding (top right of the page) and provide the following information:
- Organization name
- The person requesting onboarding (organization leadership)
- Service Manager point of contact
- Need date
- Justification/Need description
- List of initial services
Availability and Access
UO Affiliated groups that handle service requests.
Note: All onboarding requests will be reviewed, approved, and prioritized by the TeamDynamix Steering Committee.
Upon Steering Committee approval, the TeamDynamix Administrator(s) will work with your organization to capture and implement your service requirements.
