Housing personnel use this service to request that employee access is removed when an employee is terminated.

How to Create a Ticket

To request support click Create a Ticket (top right of the page) and provide the following information:

  • DuckID of employee
  • Access removal date
  • Special instructions or questions

Availability and Access

UO Employees supported by Housing.

For the security of your departmental systems and resources managed by Housing, it is critical to make sure that employee access is removed promptly when the employment ends. For business continuity, it is important that we capture and archive their working documents and files.
