How to Create a Ticket
To request support click Create a Ticket (top right of the page) and provide the following information:
- New Hire Name (if known)
- Second contact (if needed)
- Unit (Required Field)
- Targeted Hire Date (Required Field)
- Office location
- Associated FASS HR Jira Ticket # (Required Field)
- Other Information: (text box)
- Attachment for Onboarding Form
Availability and Access
You can expect a response to your request within 6 business hours.
