USS-Admin Onboarding Support

Supervisors in IT Groups supported by USS-ADMIN should use this service to request assistance with on-boarding employees.

How to Create a Ticket

To request support click Create a Ticket (top right of the page) and provide the following information:

  • New Hire Name (if known)
  • Second contact (if needed)
  • Unit (Required Field)
  • Targeted Hire Date (Required Field)
  • Office location
  • Associated FASS HR Jira Ticket # (Required Field)
  • Other Information: (text box)
  • Attachment for Onboarding Form

Availability and Access

You can expect a response to your request within 6 business hours.
