Use this service to request Administrator access, or remove access, to an administrator VPN.

How to Create a Ticket
To request Administrator VPN support for click Create a Ticket (top right of the page) and provide the following required information.
- Whether you want to add or remove access
- Number of DuckIds you want to add or remove(at most 10, any more than 10 create a separate ticket)
- DuckIds of people you want to add or remove
- If requesting access, select the system/applications
- Supporting documentation and description of the request
