Use this service to request a virtual machine decommission.
How To Request Decommission
To request support click Request Decommission ( top right of the page) and provide the following required information:
- Who maintains this VM (IS Managed, or Non-IS Managed)
- Name of Server
- Windows OS Version
- VM IP Address
- Does VM Have associated storage
- IS VM Located by the F5
- Confirm VM is powered off
Note: If this request is for removing the last VM within a subnet, the network will be decommissioned unless otherwise noted in the "Additional Comments" field.
Note: VM backups will be deleted 1 week after decommissioning unless otherwise noted in the "Additional Comments" field.
Availability and Access
Faculty and staff with IT support staff who can maintain the operation of the virtual machines.
