How to Create a Ticket

Before you submit a ticket, have you looked for the answer in our Knowledge base?

To request support click Create a Ticket (top right of the page) to open a ticket for IT support.

Availability and Access

Available to Law School affiliations.

Note: If you are a prospective student, parent, alumni, vendor, etc. and have a technology related question, visit the I need help and I don’t have a UO account page to open a ticket for IT support.
