Library Platform Support

Use this for IT service requests or consulting with the various Library-specific IT platforms, such as:

  • Alma/Primo
  • e-resources (online databases/journals access, including libproxy) help
  • e-resources vendor complaints
  • Library IT consulting (for example digital preservation help)
  • Illiad client support (including the client, BSCAN and attached scanners)
  • Illiad server support
  • Library server sysadmin support (including support for middleware and hosted integration)

How to Create a Ticket

To request support click Create a Ticket (top right of the page) and state whether this is an:

  • Platform you are requesting help for
  • Type of request (e.g. service, issue report, enhancement, other)

Availability and Access

This is an internal support service only available to Library employees.
