How to Create a Ticket
To request support click Create a Ticket (top right of the page) and state whether this is an:
- Request access to a hosted database
- Request a change to a database configuration
- Issue report (something is broken)
Availability and Access
Available to approved Institutional Research and related staff
You can expect that this service request to be completed in 1-5 business days, depending on the scope of the request.
