To request access or support for Sunapsis click Create a Ticket (up and to the right) and check whether this request is an access, issue, or change request.
Availability and Access
Available to approved Global Engagement Division and American English Institute administrative staff.
Your computer must have Java Runtime Enivironment 64-bit v.8 or later.
You can expect your service request to be completed in 1-5 business days, depending on the scope of the request.
