How to Create a Ticket
To request imaging support for click Create a Ticket (top right of the page) and provide the following required information.
- A short description of the request
- Any details you think will help us with the request
- Any relevant files
- A phone number in case we have questions
Availability and Access
UO Portland Event Services
EventPro is client based software installed on the local PC that connects to the EventPro server.
Training is provided to Event services personnel by the Event Services Manager. No request for access is required, as it is automatically assigned to any new Event Services employee.
