How to Create a Ticket
To request support testing click Create a Ticket (upper right corner)
Availability and Access
- Division of Student Life staff members.
- Basic training is needed depending on the level of use. Student access, depending on position, is managed by the direct supervisor as needed. Report access is only available to staff where they are assigned a security role based on their position.
- Support is available during normal University of Oregon business hours.
- There are no additional charges for the use of this service
