How to Create a Ticket
To request support testing click Create a Ticket (upper right corner)
Availability and Access
- UO Ticket Office staff members with authorized access.
- Support is available during normal University of Oregon business hours.
- Basic training is needed depending on the level of use. Student access, depending on position, is managed by the direct supervisor where they are assigned a security role based on their position.
- There are no additional charges for the use of this service.
