This service provides technology purchasing assistance for all College of Arts and Sciences faculty and staff. Please submit a request for help with consultation, specification, and procurement of hardware, software, peripherals and accessories. Purchase selection is limited to systems found in the USS Device and Hardware Standards, which outline the standard supported hardware models for end-user devices supported by USS.
How to Create a Ticket
To submit a purchase request select Create a Ticket (upper right corner) and provide the following required information:
- Type of request (hardware, software, peripheral/accessories, other)
- Detailed description of your request
- Attach any vendor quotes or supporting documentation related to the request.
Availability and Access
This service is available to all College of Arts and Science staff and faculty.
