Use this service for technical assistance with EMU building systems. This includes support for building maintenance and monitoring systems as well as access and specialty systems (and others):

How to Create a Ticket

To request support click Create a Ticket (top right of the page) and provide the following required information.

  1. System/Application
  2. Description of your request

Availability and Access

Erb Memorial Union Staff Members with authorized access to facility systems.

  • EMU facility management systems are available during business hours of the Erb Memorial Union. Excluding scheduled maintenance periods.
  • Services are accessed in various ways. Client software is available on authorized systems.

You can expect a response within 6 business hours.
