UO Employees use this service to request support for KeyWatcher.

How to Create a Ticket

To request support click Create a Ticket (top right of the page) and provide:

  • Short title for your request
  • Location
  • Detailed description of your request.

Availability and Access

UO Faculty and staff.

Different departments may have different requirements for accessing KeyWatcher keyboxes.

For University Housing employees, please contact your supervisor.
