University Housing Dining Service employees use this service to request support for Eatec.
How to Create a Ticket
To request support click Create a Ticket (top right of the page) and provide the requested information.
Availability and Access
Authorized University Housing Dining Services employees.
This service should be available 7AM to 5PM. The maintenance window is from 7PM to 6AM. Users will be notified should the need arise to perform maintenance work outside of this time frame.
To report a system wide outage, please call the Housing IT Support line at x6-4223 or after ours emergency line at x6-4236.
