College of Design students use this service to request support for the following applications:
- Multiframe
- Request help with installing Software
- Other (please describe)
How to Create a Ticket
To request support click Create a Ticket (top right of the page) and provide:
- Title (short description of your request)
- Course that requires the software (e.g. ARCH 222)
- Instructor's name
- Software title you are requesting
Availability and Access
You can expect a response to your request within 6 business hours.
Students in the College of Design Architecture program.
In order to install the software, students will need to have access to the Student Software share on AAAFileserver (see How to connect to the College of Design File Server (AAAFileserver) for instructions).
Access will be granted dependent on need.
