RT Ticket Queue Support

Use this service to request support for a Request Tracker (RT) queue, including but not limited to:

  • Creating a new queue
  • Configure a queue
  • Trouble shooting a queue

How to Create a Ticket

To request support click Create a Ticket (top right of the page) and provide the following information:

  • Short title describing the request
  • Detailed description of the request

Availability and Access

You can expect a response to your request within 6 business hours.

RT is a browser-based service.

Click Request Tracker login page to access RT.

Anyone can create tickets in RT.
