Housing staff, faculty, and student workers use this service to request the purchase of University-owned standardized technology hardware, devices, software, services and peripherals to support University Housing.

How to Create a Ticket

To submit a purchase request select Create a Ticket (upper right corner) and provide the following required information:

  1. Type of request (hardware, software, peripheral/accessories, other)
  2. Detailed description of your request
  3. Attach any vendor quotes or supporting documentation related to the request.

Availability and Access

Faculty, staff and student workers supported by University Housing.
