How to Create a Ticket

To request support click Create a Ticket (top right of the page) and provide a description of your request.

Availability and Access

Access to this application is limited to the Counseling Center.

You will need to request access to the application through the University of Oregon Counseling Center. A unique login will be assigned to you.
