DuckDocs (Perceptive) Support Request

Use this service to request support for DuckDocs-Perceptive, including but not limited to:

  • Electronic forms
  • Document capture (via scanning and other methods)
  • Automated workflows to move those forms and other documents through processes (e.g., for approvals)
  • Document retention

How to Create a Ticket

To request support click Create a Ticket (top right of the page) and provide the following information:

  • Short title describing the request
  • Operating system
  • Web browser
  • Java version
  • Impact and urgency

Availability and Access

Users must complete the Business Application Account Access form and possibly a second access form for their area.

Training on DuckDocs are conducted on a departmental basis by departments that are using DuckDocs.

DuckDocs will be unavailable during scheduled maintenance: Tuesdays 5am-7am, Fridays 7pm-9pm, and one weekend per month.
