Environment

On a Windows or macOS device using an Adobe application.

Description

Adobe asks me to start a free trial or purchase a license.

Resolution

This issue is generally caused by logging into the Adobe Creative Cloud using your UO email address, but selecting the Personal Account option instead of Work or School Account at login.

To resolve this issue:

  1. Open the Adobe Creative Cloud application.
  2. In the top-right, select your User icon, and select the Sign Out button.
  3. At the login screen, enter your UO email address. When prompted, select Work or School account.
  4. On the Shibboleth login screen, log in using your Duck ID.
  5. Open an Adobe application (Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, etc.) to confirm that the issue is resolved.
