Microsoft Teams not accepting my Duck ID password (iOS)

Description

Recently updated the password for Duck ID and Teams phone app states:

You are unable to access this app because of password writeback policies from UO.

Resolution

The app cache needs to be cleared and the app needs to be reinstalled. Follow the steps below:

1. Check settings to see if there is an iOS update pending.
2. If there is, install the update. Check if Teams app is now working. If not, proceed to next step.
3. Try logging into online Teams on iPhone to check access. If successful, proceed to next step.
4. Go to Settings
   1. Scroll down then select Teams
   2. Clear app data (at the bottom, select the button). Proceed to next step.
5. Uninstall the app:
   1. Go to Settings
   2. Press and hold on the Teams icon itself
   3. The icons will all start wiggling and you'll see a X button on the icon
   4. Select X
   5. You'll be prompted to delete. Select Delete.
   6. Select Delete App.
6. Restart your device.
7. Reinstall Teams from the App Store.
8. Use Duck ID username and password to log into Teams.
