Overview

Copying is done internally from the device and not through PaperCut. The following documentation will outline the process of how to use the Copy functionality on PaperCut-managed multi-function devices by interacting with PaperCut.

Process

  1. Place document you wish to scan in the MFD
  2. Login to the MFD​​​
  3. Press the Access Device option

  4. You will be presented with the Device options (these are managed by Zone IT)  Press Copy.

  5. Press the Start button on the MFD to start your copying job.
  6. Log out of the MFD.
