Overview
This article is designed to guide content creators through the process of adding related articles to a knowledge base article (KBA) in the UO Service Portal.
Process
Sign in to the UO Service Portal using your Duck ID username then search for the KBA you would like to edit.
Click the Edit Article icon then

Click on the Related Articles tab found above the article editor

From there, you can search for the titles of other KBAs that are currently published within the service portal.

Please Note: KBAs must be in Approved status to be available through this search bar. Additionally, service pages cannot be added as related articles.
Once all of the related articles have been added, you will see an Article added. note above the article search field.

It will take about five minutes for any related articles to appear within the Related Articles pane of the article.
